By accessing or using the Vibha Sports platform, website, mobile application, or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation

To book courts and access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may use our services only with parental or guardian supervision.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation notification.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI payments.

Pricing

Prices may vary based on time slots, days, and special events. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.

Rescheduling

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling is limited to one change per booking.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time may result in forfeiture of your slot without refund.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to damage property, harass other users, or engage in any illegal or disruptive activities on our premises.

Safety Rules

All users must follow safety guidelines, wear appropriate footwear, and adhere to court rules. Violation may result in immediate termination of your booking.

Substance Policy

Alcohol, tobacco, and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden on our premises. Violation will result in immediate removal and potential ban.

Assumption of Risk

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that sports activities carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and responsibility.

Personal Property

Vibha Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure your belongings in designated areas.

Service Availability

We strive for continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruptions.

Ownership

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to Vibha Sports or our licensors.

Usage Rights

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without express written permission.
