How long does the refund process take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I get a refund if I'm late to my booking?
Unfortunately, arriving late (more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time) is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund. Please try to arrive on time.
What if the court is closed due to an emergency?
In case of unforeseen closures or emergencies from our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else instead of cancelling?
Yes! You can transfer your booking to another person up to 2 hours before the scheduled time through your account or by contacting our support team.
Are package subscriptions refundable?
Package subscriptions (Weekly, 15-day, Monthly passes) are non-refundable once activated. However, unused days can be paused for valid medical reasons with documentation.
